The property is an indipendent & separate unit of a big villa. the apartment on ground floor near of the little town balestrate, is situated in the middle of the gulf of castellammare, near the beach (400 metres) and all the facilities. Villas has very nice decorations and benefit from an external dining area where you can have your meals and barbeques while enjoying the sun & the perfumed air of the sea! the unit has its own garden and private parking. The place is ideal either for quiet and romantic holidays or to spend a nice time with your friends or family enjoying 100% of your self-catering.
